In your opinion, who is the overall most complete pokemon so far? Design, power, etc.

This guy here beats it for me. I like the looks, the stats, the typying. He is so convenient, has access to so many possibilities and still bears some of my favorite looks. Im not a diehard hoenn fan but look at this guy. He is that dude that will take all the shit you can possibily throw at it, shrug it off and ask: is that it pussy? Got something else to tickle me with?

It can also bite back its only weakness. Ice punch, blizzard, ice beam. You name it. If its not a choice specs roserade frenzy plant expect retaliation.
