It says on the Pokemon X & Y website that the PokeBank feature will be able to distinguish legit Pokemon and those created by illegal software i.e. Pokegen.
My question is, do you think this program they have will be able to distinguish a legit pokemon caught in-game to that of one say generated by a Pro-Action Replay device?
My logic behind it won't is that since the Pokemon are being generated in-game and caught in-game, it's considered a legitimate capture.
I ask because I have 1 of every single Pokemon in order in boxes on my Black 2 version and want to use the PokeBank to basically send everyone on over.
