I'm excited about this little guy because I'm an ice type fanboy. But tell me something, /vp/, if he uses Hidden Power with his ability, will it power up the move / make it ice-type, not depending on what his IVs make the move into?

Normalize changes Hidden Power to Normal type, so I'd expect Hidden Power to be counted as whatever type it actually is and not Normal like it's listed as.

The ability only changes normal-type moves. Due to the way the game is programmed, Hidden Power can never be normal type. So it won't work on it
