They sort of are? Granted, only T-Wave, but that's the most common paralysis move in the metagame.

I honestly wonder why make all these "Logical changes" to the game but not make all the loose ends be fixed like how Fire types can still be burned and freeze affects fire types as well.
A lot of silly shit could have been fixed but they picked some selective stuff.

They would still have to switch in on the Spore. If you mispredict, you're sending in a grass type to deal with what is likely a focus punch or a poison attack.

Freeze needs to be fixed anyway, it's the most overpowered form of rng in the fucking game that isn't evasion.
