Trying to transfer mons to the PC, hell just trying to get ir-gts-bw to work period. It used to work fine but now whenever I click into it, it closes immediately.

Running it through commpand prompt just gives me this

socket.error: [Errno 10013] An attempt was made to access a socket in a way forbidden by its access permissions.

And I have no idea what that means.

I just wanna see how my bro's turned out.
