Pretty much 100% certain. Plus with the a worldwide release, it's getting shipped to more locations. The more places get it, the more likely someone's just going to pick one up from the back of a store and leak shit. Also the guidebook is coming out on the same day, which could also leak.

the entire pokedex always leaks 2 or 3 days before the release
it's always just the name and typing though, so you won't know what they look like until the game is released

There'll almost certainly be people leaking, posting screenshots and videos for about a week before it's out, but since 3DS homebrew/hacking isn't so advanced, we probably won't get secret stuff like unreleased legendaries until quite a while after the game's launched.
