Make a move

Make an ability

Don't make moves around the mechanic you want and then give it a retarded/nonsensical concept or name. That is the only rule

Your EMP is terrible

EMP - 120BP, 5BP, All electric types are considered normal types for as long as they remain in play.

So if Pikachu uses it on a Zapdos. Pikachu is now normal, and Zapdos is normal/flying until switch.

Hit and Run should be a dark equivalent to U-turn. With maybe some item swap instead of damage.

A fun ghost ability or maybe a move could be: Incorpereal - User no longer takes damage from physical attacks, but 2x dmg from special attacks.

Aggressor - Has priority during the first move if using an attack move.
Vorpal - Slashing moves have +50% base power and deal triple damage on a crit.
Immovable - Def and SDef increase by 3 stages when HP is in the red.
Chroma - Stats gradually increase during weather. Stat depends on current weather (sun = attack, sand = def, hail = satk, rain,= def, rooms = accuracy)
