I posted in a thread a few days ago but I dunno if anyone even paid attention.
If you're in the NY or New joisey area, the Nintendo World store has demo units/displays of the Xerenas/Yveltal consoles, the Zelda Wii U and the 2DS.
A friend of mine went there the other day and said the Pokemon 3DSes are incredibly brilliant in color, particularly the blue on the Xerneas one. Both have a glossy outside exterior so be prepared for fingerprints out the ass on it, but the inside has a matte finish like most XLs.
