Charizard still seems to be his #1 tough guy going off of what Best Wishes has us believing.

I honestly wouldn't be surprised if he brought Charizard with him to Kalos just to show off Mega Evolutions in Gen VI. It does seem likely with Sycamore giving away Kanto starters in-game.

Just one per battle, yeah. He usually only uses one Pokémon in a battle anyway, apart from gym and league battles.

Still disappointed the anime completely ignored how Kyurem forms work in the games. Kyurem can just transform at will and Reshiram/Zekrom have nothing to do with it.

That shit line made me hate this movie.
Maybe it is, but there are alot of dragons to come and I think that Dialga and Palkia, practically demi-gods, are a tad stronger than Kyurem.

It was Moltres. It was literally an episode afterwards that he identified the Pokemon.
