Okay okay, guys. We need to sort out some questions that need to be answered.
In an attempt to make a fair set of rules, here is the list:
>The environment
Every region in the pokeverse has undergone massive geological shift and are now within surfing distance of each other, situated in a ring with Hoenn sitting in the middle as a sort of Nexus island.
>Placement
Each "team" is dropped off far away from each other, equally spread between the regions if possible
>Equipment/Resources
Each team has access to every resource they normally possess (except ridiculous weaponry, the one exception being Masuda's Poke-Man suit). Smogonfags have their research teams and website and the whole nine yards, Protagonists have their pokedexes, bags, badges, etc., Masuda, being a developer, has the resources of the in-game Game Freak dev team and is able to custom-make pokemon one-at-a-time (when being near a PC), Villans have their connections in society in the Pokeverse, and so on.
>Battles
Every group must behave according to their own rules. Mewtwos can attempt to catch trainers' pokemon using special balls as he did in the movie, Smogonfags must obey sleep clause/OHKO clause/etc., Protags cannot run from trainer battles unlike everyone else (because they've got to be "good trainers," right?), and so on.
>Elimination
Elimination is achieved by simple domination. Killing, maiming, surrender, political domination, etc. Anything goes as long as you bring ALL other teams under your complete and total dominion. Eliminating a trainer's team means nothing if they flee and retrain their team to smack your ass later on.
>World
The world is like it is in the Anime so far as things like Goldenrod City actually having thousands of inhabitants and not something around 60 and things like that
Anything else I forgot, guys?
