He means more 40 BP priority moves (like Quick Attack, Mach Punch, Aqua Jet, Vacuum Wave, Shadow Sneak, Bullet Punch, etc.)

Why isn't there an attack with 110 base power yet? There are moves with the power of 100 and 120 but none of them are 110.

It's pretty much the exact same as sleep, except you can potentially use a move like snore or sleep talk when you're asleep.

There are already several moves that induce sleep and several moves taking advantage of the pokemon being asleep, this is long overdue.

I agree that a move that guarantees freezing is overpowered, especially with 65% accuracy. With widely learn-able moves like gravity and telekinesis, a move like that would rocket any pokemon that could use this strategy into ubers. That is, unless new mechanics are introduced that make freezing not as debilitating, but that'd be dumb because the whole point of freezing a pokemon is to be incredibly debilitating, but rare in occurrence.

"Possession"- a Ghost-type status move. KO's the user (think Memento), but makes the opponent act like a traded Pokemon with no badges. (Loafing around would be the Ghost controlling them, while using the wrong move would be both Pokemon struggling for control).

There could even be a Psychic-type "Mind Control" variant, which wouldn't KO the user, and could be temporary.
