Unless you want to reset all of your progress
And the Rotom thing isn't even part of it being in the region. The entirety of those out-of-battle formes until Deoxys didn't get added until Platinum. Until then it was a single Pokemon's gimmick (ignoring arceus's palette swaps). Platinum made it into a feature with rotom, shaymin and giratina.
