Is it possible to make Pokemon White / Black a bit harder for adult players? Is Challenge mode sufficient for that? Are there some kind of AR cheat codes I can use to make it seem more difficult?

Apparently Blaze Black and Volt White are meant to be pretty hard ROMhacks. Otherwise make up your own rules.

>Pokémon Blaze Black 2 & Pokémon Volt White 2 are essentially the sequels to my Black & White hacks known as Blaze Black and Volt White. The usual rules with my hacks apply; the main feature is that all 649 Pokémon are available for capture somewhere in the game, and the trainers have all had their rosters changed in order to maintain a much harder challenge than the original game, as well as having an increased variety of opponents to fight. There's also a large amount of alternative features these hacks offer, which range from differences to the Pokémon themselves to the presence of a couple new TMs. If I'm not mistaken, these are also the first Black 2 and White 2 hacks on offer.

Chill your shit. Blaze black has a vanilla rom, which is just the challenge changes. The changes in the main rom are pretty great though

More or less every Pokemon got either a type change, ability change or learned a news move. Every trainer has higher leveled teams, generally they gain a Pokemon or two. Gym fights and other significant fights are much harder. Every pokemon has been added to pre-e4, and are worked into the routes. Found items changed around.

Its good. I enjoyed it more than I did vanilla black, it didn't feel like some cheap amateur hack

Not that guy, but I also did a BB2 Challenge mode run (Which I haven't finished yet; just beat Drayden). Generally speaking I found it to be pretty fair without much grinding at all besides fighting every trainer you find. Most of the time I found my pokemon to be a few levels under the gym leader's pokemon, but I think that's intended and most major fights have been pretty enjoyable.

With all that said, Burgh's fight was total bullshit. Consider yourself warned.
