Mike was still sitting in that military helicopter he'd been escorted on to, having left the Celadon Pokemon Center behind to get on. The beach was as nice as always, but he seemed to be a little early for most of the beachgoers, well more waves for him, still though this wasn't just completely leisure time either, seems a big shipment was coming in, he was told to keep an eye out for a large Orange cargo ship when he was out there. Easy enough job for the new guy, especially since some of them couldn't even surf well enough to do it themselves.

To be fair, Weil's shields had caught him off-guard... but the trainer reasoned that if he couldn't warp out, then he couldn't warp in either. The ship had instantally started slowing as much as it could, several anchors dropping behind it in a well practiced thing designed to cut it's speed down while the beach goers were distracted... as he watched a single cargo container literally get rolled off the side to crash into the water with a massive splash... the ship turning right afterwards as if nothing happened.. the container itself only sinking most of the way down before settling a few inches over the water.

As he went up to it he could tell that, despite it's hard metallic appearance, the thing actually just cleverly designed light weight fiber glass... and sealed up air tight... he could almost walk on it if he wished... which if he did he would spot what looked like some sort of buttons that hung off of a part of it that looked discolored.
