Yeah, it's not that hard to get them all actually. Just took me a few extra hours after I beat it the first time. It's a fucking amazing game though and the DS version is the best.

I have no vidya to play now but The Wonderful 101, but that doesn't help me any when I'm not at home and have nothing to do. I guess I have the Etrian Odyssey Untold demo, but a demo will only last me so long.

I might get Yokai Watch for my JP 3DS and use that to kill time until Rune Factory 4 comes out. Or I'll get Danball Senki W Super Custom for it and replay that game for like the fourth time now since October. Level-5 games always manage to keep me entertained for a good long while.

Is it REALLY that hard to use Photoshop properly, people? It's not 1998 anymore, you can in fact crop and resize images without stretching and squeezing them out of proportion.

The book I'm using has images that go with the kanji, it makes it easier to memorize. For example, the kanji for bright has both the kanji for sun and moon in it, so the book says to associate it with the sun and moon arguing over who is brighter

I liked it, but it got pretty tedious. At like the halfway point I just ended up playing Spectrobes, and the end half was really disappointing.

I'm playing Tales of the Abyss too! I lost it back in middle school and I'm now borrowing it from a friend.

I just finished Ghost Trick for the umpteenth time. Waiting until this weekend so I can pick up my PS2 from my parents' place. Going to play Abyss, then probably try to finish the Persona dex in P3. I have Swap Magic so I'm looking for more games to play as I can just burn what I want.

Little things like that are how I learned Hiragana in my high school Japanese class my freshman year. I forgot most of it now besides some of the super obvious ones, like To looks like a toe with a thorn in it, No looks like that circle with a line through it signs that mean no, (smoking or something else) N looks like a cursive N/H

If you live in the USA I think my brother said you just get a poster or something lame like that.

Digital seems to be master race, since it will work with Pokemon Bank just like a physical copy, I don't see a real downside. Some people are worried they'd break or lose their 3DS, but isn't it more likely you'd lose the tiny cartridge? Also, I hear Nintendo is releasing a new system that allows you to sync digital purchases to an account, I believe it comes out alongside and/or is related to Miiverse for 3DS.

Not sure how things work in the States, but at least here in Sweden if you pre-order from an online retailer they'll usually dispatch it two days before release, which means you're likely to get it the day before.

No matter what's going on it still hurts to wait for delicious trainer customization, pretty pokemon, professor sexamore, and pokemon petting.

But, it helps to remember the New Leaf Struggle, where the release date took ages to come. Months ago I was pained to wait for New Leaf, feeling like it would never come out. Now I'm well on my way to a perfect town. Pokemon X and Y will be all the same.

Remember that story, /vp/, and be lucky that we're getting spoiled this time around and everyone will have it on October 12th instead of one country being ahead of us and spoiling everything, as well as us having to wait to get our own hands on it for us to experience on our own.

If you want one you've probably never played before, might I recommend Marvelous? I've been playing that recently. It's an adventure game by the same team that made ALttP, and it's pretty great. Japan-only, but there's an unofficial translation patch out.

This is the first time that I haven't been able to be properly spazzing for a Pokemon game. I'm behind in all my classes, I'm running a tournament for my university Pokemon club, I'm working to try and get the club a table at the anime club's convention in November, AND I do my rounds in AC:NL every day, so I don't have any attention left to give to fretting about X and Y.

Most of the variation in getting the endings is dependent on WHEN you beat the game, since you can fight Lavos at any time throughout most of it
So you're not actually playing through the game 12 times all the way

Replaying the DS version right now myself, also rounding off the National Dex in Blaze Black 2 and working on my Tenkaichi 3 speedrun

Seriously, that one mechanic is just so broken and luck-based that I can't even be bothered to play the game against the AI anymore
Aside from that, it is a fantastic game
Tenkaichi 1 was garbage, haven't played 2, and I think 3 is the definitive DBZ game mostly for the game feel and presentation, but B3 might have a bit more depth to it.

Thankfully college, parties and friends with GTA V ease the suffering just a little bit.
