There are many others, can't remember all of them.
I never really go through the trouble of looking for them. I haven't found a shiny since Gen 3, probably because I avoid random battles as much as possible. I got pokerus twice in Gen 2, when I used no repels, though, and once in Gen 4, without trading, and avoiding grass/spamming repels.
Not very lucky when it comes to shinies anymore...
