Dragons will be used less often and water types and electric types will now conquer the metagame, scizor will remain where it is as a go to pokemon for when you need one more pokemon but you dont know which one you want to use at the moment

That's assuming fairy types become OU. Maybe it turns out that fairy-type moves aren't as good at SpAtk or Atk as people think.

there will be good fairy attacks just like there is for every other type. not that attacks matter anyway, the main point of fairies will be to wall dragons and fighting types

Dark attacks aren't garbage, at all. Actually Dark-types are now the best counters to Ghosts, aka the new Dragon. Also, Steels can't wall Dark anymore.
