Is the shiny rate increased in pokemon My Ass version? I caught a shiny Tentacool a little over a month ago, and now i've caught a shiny Exeggcute as well. Seeing as I've only SEEN one other shiny before this, it seems off.
I couldn't seem to find anything about the creator increasing the probability of shiny pokemon appearing, but i'm a skeptic.
Or maybe I just got lucky, anyone know?

If the shiny rate is still legitimate, what's the collective opinion on hacking clones of them into actual cartridge games? With the same stats and what not.
I never play competitively, so it would really just be for my personal collection, but eh.

I actually just a caught a shiny Meowth in Pokemon Sienna version the other day. First one since shiny Wurmple in a Sapphire rom.

Never got a fully legitimate shiny.
