Why does everyone here claim to hate the dub so much? Is it kool to jump on the dub-hating bandwagon or do you people just get assflastered at the mere mention of 4Kids and/or the switch to The Pokémon Company?

I personally liked the dub up to the end of Hoenn/Battle Frontier. Then the entire anime in general just started to go down the tubes (Sinnoh was slightly bearable though), not just the dub.

And honestly, if you hate the dub so much, why do you use the dub names? I have yet to see a single post about the anime even mentioning "Satoshi" at all. It's always Ash this, Ash that. (I have seen Dent being used rather than Cilan, but I think that more extends into both the games AND the anime. And Iris, being a special snowflake, has the same name, so forget her.)

And don't give me a

because I personally think that the diverse-pitched English voice actors are much better than the high/low pitch Japanese (except Iris, I swear if I hear WHAT A KID one more time I'm gonna lose it). Granted that's just my opinion, but if the VAs are really the only reason you hate it, that's kind of stupid.
