take a fucking look at altaria, it dosent even remotely look like a dragon and yet its design is beautiful. hell alot of pokemon dont even look like their type with great designs
and strong jaw boosts very specific types of attack overtime, amaura makes an entire type into an ice type STAB and increases its power on use
and nearly EVERY normal type attack can be learned by ANY pokemon, amaura wont be any different. the least tyrunt would learn to utilize its ability is crunch and bite
