I remember playing the first mystery dungeon and that NPC snubble evolves into granbull. Then when someone called him snubble he said he was not snubble anymore, he is granbull now, like hes a completely different "person".

how do you feel about that? that when your pokemon evolves its like you are meeting it for the first time again, its not the same friend you used to have, its personality is overwritten with a new consciousness.
