I'm kind of disappointed in this to be honest. Between the weird jaw feathers, the pebbled skin, the armor plating on the legs, snout, and tail, the random orange scales, the underbelly that looks like it's wearing a tuxedo or some shit.
It's just a really busy and it takes away from what could have been a sensational pokemon. But then again I haven't seen him in-game, it could jsut be the Sugimori art being terrible like with the rest of this gen.
