>>13903881Dawn doesn't do it for me because that smoker's voice is forever ingrained. Design wise she's pretty vanilla even for Pokémon girl standards. She's got those outfits going for her and now Serena might have her beat in that regard.
Serena's okay, slightly better than Dawn but far from my favorite. She's just going to be a vehicle for character customization on my end if there's outfits/hairstyles of previous trainers or even Gym Leaders.
May is a tad curvy in the right places and I don't mind short girls. Actually before Lyra or Gen V happened, she was my favorite as far as Playable Trainers go.
Hilda had that 80s hair going for her, actually I found Rosa hard to accept as a protag for a while 'cause I wanted more Hilda. After finding that Rosa is Lyra 2.0 as far as fan depiction goes with a dab of Sailor Moon on the design, she was forgiven over time. They're both equal in my book, just different personalities.
Anyone else of a "higher tier" is non-playable or you don't see a lot of them. Either way, I'm aware of the options. I just have more fun as a Rosa fan.
