For example in Duel Square, you pick a random number from 1-7 the pokemon being Furret, Misdreveous, Skiploom, Quagsire, Slugma, Noctowl and Phanphy.
If a Pokemon dies, you go down the list of available Pokemon. Obviously if the shadow pokemon is the only one in the area, you catch that one.
You RNG for the choice of legendary dog, if you want to use it.
A Nuzlocke of this game is really weird because it consist of lots of grinding, and Different areas of the same town will count as a different place to catch pokemon such as Reglam Tower and Reglam Colosseum. if you don't have a super PC, it's gonna be slow as fug to grind though.
