The game starts out with her as the Champion, but when you get passed the Elite Four you find a large mass in her place. It's Tierno. His Outfit has changed to him wearing a fedora, a trench coat and sporting a nintendo power glove on his right hand.

Her signature pokemon (The one she will mega-evolve) will probably be Star/Sun themed.
