He's not bad but Dry skin on rain teams is where he sees use.
He provides coverage against grass and other water, and he's a little shit with sub + drain punch, especially under a swords dance.

Hits hard, great resists, one of the few fighters immune to Scald burn and Poison and if you can't 1 hit it, it'll never run out of HP between Drain Punch and Dry Skin.
