It's more like a bit of flare you can add to your trainer card. You can customize the poses of your pokemon team and control a camera to film the video. People who look at your trainer card can then watch the video.

Seems pretty cool then. More customization even for little things is always appreciated. Now we get to obviously show our favourite pokemon on our trainer cards as well which is awesome.
