is it really fair to compare Pokemon to Digimon?

I mean sure Pokemon are know to be physic breakers according to their pokedex entries

but Digimon has way more reality busters than that

I was the flying orange thing for Halloween when I was 5 and I cried. I do think digimon is better thought out and has cooler evolutions/ways of evolving than pokemon but pokemon is classic and their games are 90% of the time better.
