I think it'd be more likely for them to check for complete clones if they were to do anything of that sort, though. Even then, I think Bank will probably just have the kind of hack check they use for VGC with some tweaking. So it would only really catch the obviously edited/PokeGen'd mons. Those seem like the ones they are really trying to get rid of.

Doesn't Pokecheck send Pokemon with stuff like Cherish Balls and ribbons to make sure they're easily identifiable as hacked?
