Which one would be OU or higher with a good ability?

2 weak to fighting. One is weak to bullet punch.

Not with shitty base 100 speed it wouldn't. Regigigas is in the same boat although it's stats are a little better distributed so I'm unsure about that one, I think it'd not make it either though.

Regigigas would definitely be Uber with a decent ability, even something like Intimidate
Slaking's kind of underwhelming honestly, it would have Uber potential if it got a fantastic ability like Adaptability or something but otherwise it'd be OU or BL
Archeops I wouldn't see getting past UU in any case, unless it got a game-breaking ability like Huge Power or some other retarded shit

With 150 HP, it's low SpD still makes it about as bulky as the average OU mon. Bulkier than some stuff like Breloom and Lucario too. It's not specially frail by any means. Not to mention due to the non-existence of VWave in OU, you'd have to flat out be faster than Slaking to abuse it, which limits the Pokemon that can really take advantage of it.

160 attack with 100 speed and a movepool with barely enough tools to push it to perfect coverage: Return/Earthquake/Shadow Claw/Fire Blast. It's not even a hindrance that it can't learn Fire Punch since Fire Blast can do cool shit like OHKO Skarm after SR. Nothing can really come in on it.
