>have just enough
>put in cash and get screen saying to wait for vendor to dispense product
>stops then says an error has occurred refunding money
>try again
>same thing
>call customer service number on side and chat with customer service rep who sounds pretty bro
>he resets machine and has me try buying plusle again
>still doesn't work
>try card again for the hell of it
>accepts card this time but still says it has an error
>guy is genuinely stumped and gets my info saying he's gonna send me a free plusle plush in the mail tomorrow
>tell the guy he's the shit and go about my day


This is the second time I've had awesome luck with these vending machines. The last time it was having trouble dispensing a Bisharp plush I paid for so the dude tried remotely dispensing it for me and accidentally dispensed a sticker book instead. He then dispensed the Bisharp and told me to enjoy my freebie.
