I need your help /vp/. I'm trying to get a shiny togepi in diamond and I keep fucking up at a chain of like 25, and i got up to 35 and then a fucking golduck. It's actually a golduck every single time.

I'm constantly going to the 3/4 heavily rustling squares but they keep fucking up. I've been at it for the whole weekend, am i just unlucky?
