Here we call for a champ. First person to claim when previous champ steps down gets it.
Champs, use a tripcode so no one impersonates you.
Showderp then suggests any legal Pokemon.
The first six suggestions are used to make a team to challenge OU (or other tiers if champ likes).
After a few battles, champ will then call "new team" or "new champ", and the cycle continues.

Oh, and there's a lot of other stuff you can figure out by lurking a bit more.
