If its actually a forme change, then this would imply that the stats themselves get reformed. Changing only one base stat would be stupid.
Your argument doesn't even refute what I am saying, you're basically just saying that I have a "chance" of being wrong.
High special attack is most definitely worth it with a pokemon that has 100 base speed. You guys are thinking that everyone in the fucking metagame is gonna pack 120 base speed mons, well shit if thats the case let me start packing contingency mons because those are really easy to take out.
