You guys still play B2/W2, right? Cause all I'm seein' here is X/Y hype and stuff. So let's talk about the ingame battle challenges a bit, Battle Subway and Pokemon World Tournament. What teams did you use, or are you using? I'm currently rolling pretty well with a Garchomp, Cresselia and Chandelure.>Garchomp@Shell Bell, Adamant, 252 speed&atk, 4hp, Earthquake, Rock Slide, Crunch, Dragon Claw >Cresselia@Leftovers, +SpDef -Atk, 252hp and the rest distributed some in both defenses, Psychic, Ice Beam, Moonlight, Toxic >Chandelure@Quick Claw, forgot the nature, EVs random because storyline team, Willowisp, Flame Thrower, Shadow Ball, Psychic I'm thinking I should obviously get some better hold items, not sure which though, maybe a life orb or something, and obviously some EV correcting on Chandelure would be nice, if not breeding a more optimized one altogether. Also I'm considering breeding jolly Garchomp with max speed IVs so I don't get stupidly outsped all the time. Also post your teams etc. obviously

The BEST Battle Subway team is this: Durant@Focus Sash, Jolly, 252 speed, 252 hp, 4 atk, Truant Entrainment Filler x 3 Whimsicott Focus Sash Prankster Memento And then either Protect Calm Mind Shadow Tag Gothitelle, Protect Hone Claws Arena Trap Dugtrio or Protect Dragon Dance Multiscale Dragonite.

I recently started breeding for real. I only ever bred a Scyther in HGSS once before. My current PWT team is decent, but since I breed what I like and not really what synergies I've gotten a huge fighting weakness among my bred Pokes. I'm currently working on a Siglyph to fix that though. Primape @ Choice Scarf 252 Att/252 Speed/4 HP Jolly -Close Combat -Ice Punch -Stone Edge -U-turn Umbreon @ Leftovers 252 HP/252 SpDef/4 Def Sassy -Curse -Payback -Rest -Sleep Talk Metagross @ Balloon 252 Att/252 Speed/4 HP Adamant -Agility -Meteor Mash -Rock Slide -Earthquake I also have a DD TTar. I really need a Ditto with 31 in SpA before I can really make any special attackers though.

>>13967251 I know that feel. I've been catching a few Dittos for the past few days, but none so far had the 31 Speed IVs I'd need to breed a better Garchomp. It wouldn't be shiny like my current one, but then again, Garchomp is a shitty shiny anyway.
Also I got this Adamant 31 attack IV Larvitar sitting around, not sure if I should just EV train that or wait for an opportunity to breed 31 in speed onto it as well.

I started playing White 2 perhaps a week ago. The start was slow, and I was playing begrudgingly—my Pokémon all seemed underlevelled at any time, the environment once you arrived at NYC and ventured north into the sandstorm was dour and soulless, and the music was also underwhelming. Now, having defeated Team Plasma and collected the eight badges, my opinion has completely reversed. Many of the northern routes are gorgeous, with pristine waters, lush lagoons, and charming cities in between. The gyms are by far the best of any Pokémon game, from the band members of the second gym falling silent as you defeat them one by one, to the catwalk of the fourth gym, at whose end the real music starts and gets you pumping. There is a pleasant variety of great Pokémon, and only my attachment to my bros (Golduck, Sandslash, Liligant, Weezing...) who have gotten me this far and braved so many dangers keeps me from rearranging my team to embrace all the stuff I capture. The music, though still a bit lacklustre compared to Gen I–III, without as many memorable themes, makes up for its overall mediocrity by occasionally procuring absolutely amazing themes, like that of battling Achromas/Colress (easily one of the best tracks in any Pokémon game), or the ominous and imposing theme that plays during the battle with G-Cis—appropriate for a man who attempts to literally kill you, and who sports such a dangerous and powerful team. The things to do outside of the main story, like Pokéwood or the mall, are neat as well. I still feel more at home on Hoenn or in HeartGold, but the experience of playing through White 2's story is certainly outstanding. The higher difficulty is a welcome change of pace too.
