After pulling it, he claimed that Gamefreak told him to remove the information, but then serebii mentioned on jewgaf that he was told by a representative of TPCi, not gamefreak.
It's hard to say if the froakie evo is actually legit or not though. the facebook page could have just found it somewhere and posted it.
