Also, I'm glad they gave Manectric Flamethrower and Overheat in Gen 4, he definitely needed it to distinguish himself from Raichu and Ampharos.

What's so hard about this? I'm switching around my team all the time. Usually there is only 2-3 Pokemon that are permamembers on my team as of my recent playthroughs.

Pawniards really should be level 45 to evolve or something.

Reduce Larvesta's between 46-51 or something because it actually has better stats than many fully evolved Pokemon, especially with an Eviolite

But Hydregon's is the most criminal. Unless you grind like a madman you wont have a Hydreigon till post game. Who's bright Idea was it to make it evolve at level 64? They need to be shot.

Zweilous should be level 40 and Hydreigon should be 56.

I guess it can be better if you use it aside from the main game.

Myself, I traded a Rufflet over the White 2 early on. Eventually I gave Eviolite once it was close to evolution yet needed a stat boost, but the evolution was relieving. It isn't a complete rape train, but it's way better than Unfezant.
