Why does every time Diamond/Pearl gets criticized, the most common argument made by Sinnohfetuses for it is the physical/special split? Sure, it's a nice thing to have, but it's only something that Smogonfags give a shit about, and we've done alright without it before.

It doesn't save gen 4 from being as shitty as it is, and doesn't have anywhere near as glorious features as the awesomeness of gen 3.
