Regardless of bullshit leaks, the fact that there has been no genuine evolution or preevo of an older Pokemon besides Eevee even hinted at makes it pretty clear to me that we won't be getting any, especially with an alternative introduced in Mega Evolution. Gens 2, 3 and 4 all hyped theirs before the game's release (Pichu, Azurill/Wynaut, Weavile), and we've seen none of that.
