Jynx: Only obtainable in Ice Path and through trading in Cerulean city until 4th gen. Can be assumed it's native to Johto. Smoochum can be found in Sinnoh as well, but Jynx are only present in Platinum and are much rarer than in Ice Path.
Farfetch'd: Is only available through trades in R/B but can be found in the wild in yellow. IIRC, yellow takes place after R/B so it's possible Farfetch'd was introduced to the region between the games. I think it's safe to say they're native to Johto as well though because aside from route 12/13 in yellow and in swarms (which could be analogous to migrations)
Togepi: Wow, we don't see Togepi in the wild until Gen 4, and even then they only live on one island, and are so elusive that they can only be found with the pokeradar. The only other place they are found living in the wild is in White Forest in White 1, but only when Miki is present in the forest (so we can assume she is introducing them from their native island in Sinnoh).
Mr. Mime: This is a bit of an odd case, they are present in the wild in gen2... but only in Kanto, on route 21. This is the route south of Pallet Town. Since they are not present there in first generation we must assume they were introduced there, possibly displaced after the disaster on Cinnabar. The first generation where we run into them from the start is 4, both Mr. Mime and Mime Jr. I think it's safe to say that these are native to Sinnoh, though they have somehow been introduced to Kanto.
