Why does gamefreak do this to physical attackers but have no equivalent for special attackers?

Because special attackers don't get a sword dance and some of the highest bp high accuracy moves in the game.

These don't effect Physical Attacks, they effect contact moves. There are some Physical attacks that don't cause contact, and some Special Attacks that do

physical attacks always gets everything. You aren't gonna see a special huge power anytime soon, despite having 2 verions of it already for physical.
I tink the game wants to keep special attacks, well, special, as in, an uncommon gameplay or something.

Every strong physical attack, outside EQ, has massive drawbacks.
