And that's fine, you can like or dislike something for totally arbitrary reasons but don't come up with something else and lie about it.
I mean, draw a letter "A", stylize it a bit, and add an eye. Look at that, we just made a Pokemon. Alternatively, take Eevee, make it a different color, and tweak it a little to match it's new type. New Eeveelution! So cool! Worst of all, as stated, Pokemon like magneton and dugtrio are extremely similar in style to this, less so because these swords have more visible differences.
"Lack of creativity" is just a totally bullshit standard void of any meaning since it can't be applied consistently, it has no definition. That's why the argument is retarded. Say "I don't like pokemon that just have multiple of earlier evolutions there", or "I don't like pokemon based off letters", or "I don't like pokemon based off food". They're arbitrary reasons, and may be silly, but at least they are definite in what they are saying.
