It's not a coat of arms. Maybe it'll evolve into one, but at present it's just two pointless supporters without an escutcheon, a helmet, or a crest—i.e. without the essential elements that constitute a coat of arms.

The shield is central to a coat of arms, if you're hiding it behind random stuff you're doing it wrong. Furthermore, a coat of arms is not complete without also a helmet with a crest on top. And swords are seldom seen as supporters.

Metagross is just a bunch of Beldum put together, I think it says so in the Pokedex, or at least implied via Metang. It's not quite as blatant as Magneton or Dugtrio but the idea is there. Gigalith is just a bigass Rogenrolla though.
