There was a thread first with a guy who posted an image of the froakie/eevee pack. Later on in that thread, a guy started posting images of these things from a livejournal account.
He then made another thread pretending to be the original OP of the other thread.

tl;dr- the guy who took the first pic (and said he'd leak the guidebook) never posted again as far as we can tell.
