Yes, you do it over any Wi-fi. You can do it at home, at the public library (which I did until my ISP finally started offering internet worth buying a router for), or at the wi-fi enabled strip club.

I'm not kidding. While most of my city was on shitty ass DSL, there was a strip club with really good wi-fi. The community college had shit internet, the high school/junior high/elementary school had shit internet, and for the record, the public library had shit internet too.

But the strip club had wifi that was able to run fast, while accommodating a bunch of people. I used it once, and it ran faster than the shit I had to put up with.

I've moved from there now, but I'd be curious to see if the strip club was still there, and now had some backroom deal with Google Fiber or something.
