People have a gym leader bracket so theres more than one to challenge at each level bracket but you need one from each to challange the league who would be all level 75+ pokemon.
Gym leaders would, unfortunately, have to trip to avoid people trying to fuck it up but they could design badges and /vp/ players can proudly display with of the "/vp/ gym leaders" they have defeated.
Naturally that would mean having a list of say, for a grass and bug gym leader, 5 pokemon, their moves and tms without any op horseshit
There would probably have to be some tournament to decide the elite four with the top four finalists being the top tier and beating them gets someone the title of champion to defend, but if they leave it for a month its void and someone else can challenge the elite four.
Gym leaders and the elite four cannot change or level their team whatsoever so i guess box em when playing the games normally.
Cant think of anything else right now.
