4chan's users had these rules back in 2006. Ever heard of R34? Comes from there. Obviously a retarded and cancerous idea, so they ditched them with time. However, there are still kids who abide by them by going "OMG Y DID U MENTION 4CHINZ" or "LEL U VISIT OTHER PAGES THAT ARE NUT 4CHINZ".
