Weather change ability needs to be buffed. Not only should it change Castform's type and the type of its Weather Ball, it should give it an extra move that complements the current forme.

In a surprising alteration to the battle mechanics Castform is now able to change the weather every turn before his move. Pick weather, Pick move. Also his moveset gets better.
