The doll in OP's pic is fairly inexpensive. You can find it for like $4-5.

Yeah, they aren't legit though, usually.
Look around ebay or the pkmncollectors page, I just picked up Charmander, Bulbasaur, and Squirtle pokedolls for only 9$ total off of ebay.

Surprisingly, you can just get them in the toy department in Walmart or maybe even Target. I've seen them there but my job isn't good enough to just by plush toys.

If you want recent ones from Japan, there's Sunyshore Pokemart. They have a lot more than just plush too, but they don't have older ones. Just the stuff in stock at that Pokemon Center.
