At least thats what it looks like. This happened to me when I was getting my launch 3DS. I went to multiple wal-marts late at night and they were all the same way. and if you find someone, they simply say, "its not their department" so they can't help.

The only sections they close after 10pm are jewelry, TLE and the sporting goods register. Electronics stays open. Usually the staff overnights is thin, just have them page someone if there's no one in the section.
